The literal definition of leadership is the action of leading a group of people or organization. To me what this means is showing a specific group of people a goal and showing them how to obtain that goal. In my opinion good leaders are not made, they are born and then their skills are honed in over time. You can be a leader but only specific people are born good leaders. Having the capacity to make a group of people feel as if they have a purpose even if it is miniscule when compared to the end goal, and motivating them to reach their potential and complete the mission is what leaders do. Leaders make the little guy feel wanted and needed and always listen to what they have to say and contribute.
