In every chance I get I do my best to implement a delegation style of leadership. I have found that this style not only helps me grow and lead but also allows my subordinates to grow and lead. This style of leadership gives the big picture of the end state but allows the individual to choose how they get the job done and feel a sense of accomplishment because they didn’t have their hand held the whole way through. This allows individuals to be unique and creative when it comes to accomplishing tasks and when the job is done well I offer assurance and the same creativity will remain for future tasks.
