As a field training officer with the State Fire Marshals Office, I have trained three fire investigators within my agency and was selected to field train another with an allied agency. This highlights my ability to pass along my knowledge and train the next generation of fire investigators. My leadership philosophy is centered on inspiring and empowering those around me to reach their fullest potential.
