The Yvorra Leadership Development Foundation (YLD) invites individuals, groups, and corporations who share our mission to join us in promoting leadership excellence in emergency services across the United States. Your generous contributions will help advance our goals and support the long-term vision of our organization.

We also welcome special financial contributions such as bequests, royalties from publications, grants, and endowments. As a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization, all donations are tax-deductible.

About YLD’s Mission

YLD’s primary mission is to emphasize the vital role of leadership in improving and enhancing emergency services. Since our inception, we have provided over $250,000 in scholarships to support the professional development of individuals working in fire services, emergency medical services, hazardous materials response, emergency management, and homeland security. In 2024, we are proud to award up to $30,000 in scholarships and special awards to deserving candidates.
