My philosophy of leadership is a transformational one. This includes creating a vision, communicating the vision, and planning to execute activities to accomplish the goals included in the vision. This scholarship would not directly impact the management or operation of my organization. This scholarship will support my continued commitment to completing groundbreaking research of curriculum models for 21st century students will impact every student across Maryland and ultimately across the country.
